How to contact support about a fraud case, when i don't have the item?
Hello,
I have purchased a new phone screen and put it on my phone, then realised the colours were all messed up and when i checked at the page it said was an LCD screen. It is extremely washed out, grey and very slow / unresponsive. The product was advertised as a genuine oled screen. Now i can't take the screen off to return it (at least not without destroying the screen or my phone) and there seems to be no other options. What do i do?
