how to contact ebay representative?

The first sale I made on this account was an item that my mother wanted to sell, so I put her information in instead of mine. Now that I have started selling my own stuff, I have been trying to change this info to my own, but it states that I need to contact Ebay to change my ssn. Five calls later and I still cannot get in touch with an actual human being. Is there any other way I could contact Ebay to fix this issue?

There is really nothing to fix. eBay does not allow the transfer of accounts except in very extraordinary circumstances so permission is rarely given for this. You will just need to open a new account using a new email address since only one email address is allowed per account.
