How to Contact eBay regarding a FALSE VeRO Unauthorized Item Policy
Hello,
Does anyone know how to contact eBay regarding a VeRO Unauthorized Item Policy Violation where the Manufacturer is making a FALSE claim, the product is 100% Authentic and Benchmade has removed the item 2 times claiming it is a Counterfeit/Fake when all our Tools/Knives are purchased in the USA. Please help, thank you.

Benchmade is on the VeRO list. There is a link to a statement from them, that due to the overwhelming amount of counterfeit versions of their products on eBay, they only allow sales from authorized dealers. Due to this statement, I would definitely not try to list any of their products on eBay or you risk having your account suspended.

OP2 years agoThank you for the feedback, I will have to find the statement on eBay that you referenced. I have several other items of Benchmade for sale but the 535 keeps getting knocked off. I appreciate it and will leave things alone with Benchmade.

Mentor2 years agoThis is something you won't be able to address directly with eBay. eBay is legally required to remove these when reported by the owner. They don't have the power to override that. You would need to contact the company who is reporting it.
