How to contact eBay over fake product
I purchased a pair of DEWALT batteries and it’s advertised as OEM. Upon opening the package one was not taking charge and the other failed to take a charge just barely over 4 weeks. I contacted the DEWALT regarding the warranty and was informed by DEWALT that said batteries are fake and not made by DEWALT. I would like to seek a resolution to the issue with a little success with eBay and the seller. Please help! Thanks

Mentor3 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
