How to contact ebay directly not a automated service I real person seller blocked me after asking what warranty was on a item that I know carries a warranty

I don't know if this applies to your situation ... but most manufacturers DO NOT honor warranties on items sold on eBay. The only exception is if the item is purchased from a seller who is LICENSED by the manufacturer to sell the product.

Hi @keitmellot_79 Sellers are allowed to block anyone for any reason. EBay will not unblock and force the seller to sell to you. The seller did you a favor, as that doesn't sound like a good seller to buy from.
