How to contact ebay immediately!?!?!
I created this account to contact ebay after a fraudulent charge was made on my card. I have never had a ebay account until moments before i made this account for this purpose. Does anyone know how to contact them without getting the bbb or my attorney involved?

Mentor3 years agoThis has nothing to do with eBay other than that the person who stole your credit card number made a purchase using it on eBay. They could have used it anywhere. They just happened to pick eBay.
You need to contact your credit card company so they can provide you with a new card, reverse the charge, and conduct their investigation.

Since the fraudulent charge was made on your "CARD" and not your newly created Ebay account, you need to contact your card company since this did not occur through your Ebay account.
Are you sure you did not make a purchase on Ebay as a guest?
