How to Contact Ebay for assistance
We had a buyer make a purchase who then decided they did not like the items purchased. Requested a return and eBay accepted the return before we seen the notification. Now the buyer has sent the items back to my personal home address which is not the address we used to ship the item out. Has anyone had this happen before? The home address is not anywhere on our ebay account. Secondly, we had no choice to dispute the return since ebay accepted the request and the buyer sent the items back. Now we are left with how to handle the return of the funds.

Note that when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.
