Use the Help & Contact link on the eBay page, select a topic and hopefully on the left will be the "have us call you" link, if not use the Chat function.
You can also post your issue here, this forum is supported by many experienced Buyers and Sellers who might be able to answer your question(s).
The only sale on your account in the last 90 days is the Anderson window listing that sold for an Best Offer price less than $ 10,000. What is the issue with eBay's Final Value Fees on the transaction? Did you Promote the listing? Did you use any Upgrades on the listing?
