how to contact ebay directly
I found a suspicious charge which appeared on my credit card but is not in my eBay purchase history. I would like to get information about it, but it was made just over 90 days ago so I cannot reach an agent through chat. How can I contact eBay to get information about this charge?

Contact your card issuer if the transaction does not appear in your eBay history in any of your eBay accounts.
eBay can only help you if the charge appears in your account, not if someone else used your card number to make a purchase in another account. Your card issuer can help with that.
