How to Contact Ebay Customer Service?
Is there a way to contact Ebay Customer Service?
I've noticed several times now every time I post a negative review of a Seller, my reviews are removed. I'm being very professional, but I find it very concerning that Ebay is removing negative reviews.
I can't seem to find a way to contact Ebay to find out why this is happening.

Feedback is removed if it violates certain rules.

Sometimes it seems it has been removed for the wrong reason, I have had that happen to me.
If you tell me more I can be more helpful.
-- How to Have eBay Call You --
There is no incoming phone number for buyers or sellers. If you want a call back from eBay Customer Service, here is how to get a call:
Start at an article close to your question (you can look from here: https://www.ebay.com/help/home)
Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question
1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Feedback" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click “Have Us Call You†(or "Chat with an Agent")
-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.

OP10 months agoThank you. This was my feedback and it was removed:
"Very disappointed in this Seller. The Seller is misrepresenting the item location. Not located in California. Ships from China. Contacted the Seller several times and asked if this was shipping from the US or China. Every time the Seller avoided answering. I informed the Seller this is in violation of Ebay's listing practices. No comment from the Seller. Received several days past the delivery date, of which I needed prior."
I've had reviews repeatedly removed by ebay. Don't see what was inappropriate about my review.
I just found the Automated Assistant link. I had to click through a few options to get to it.
Thank you very much for your time and help. Happy Holidays!

I don't know why the feedback was removed.
I'm sorry that happened.
As you know misrepresentation of the item location is against eBay policy
You can report the seller here
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022
Select:
1) The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies
2) Other
Explain in the box that:
The seller that the seller misrepresented the item location. Per the Item Location Policy, sellers must provide accurate information in their listings about where their item will be shipped from.
The listing had an item location of [ ] but the item shipped from China
Those sentences is enough. You want clear and simple since a bot will be reading this.
