Mentor3 years agoeBay can only help if a fraudulent purchase or sale has occurred using your own eBay account.
If you see an unidentified charge on a credit card or bank statement, but not in your eBay account(s), contact your bank or card issuer directly to find more details of the transaction or to dispute the charge and get a new card number issued.
