how to contact ebay as their chat and agent person is not reliable
Is there any true method to get to actually chat with an agent as I have wasted my Saturday night as they say the agent will call me back in 30 minutes so I am sitting moreless on my phone and no call comes. I need EBAY to help me with a refund on a return that came incorrect a few days prior to Christmas as seller sent wrong colors. He is only wanting to give me 10% partial refund but I already sent the Towels back immediately.

OP8 months agoI dropped the item back off to the local PO the same day and refused it. So it is going on a month now. Ebay needs a better way to have us be able to talk to a live person. I ask for them to call and no one ever calls me back. Iti s sad.

By refusing/RTS, you voided your eBay buyer protection.
Next time, accept the package and open a return through the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
