How to contact Ebay agent?

Question

I had a seller cancel my order saying my address was incorrect. The truth is my address is fine, the seller will not accept any of e-bays standard payment methods. They want to use an app called "Cash Only". I believe that this is in violation of E-bays policies. However I can't find a way to get past the automated assistant to file a complaint or request a clarification. The seller put this item up for a very low price as a "Buy it now" or "Best Offer" and has a 0% rating. They either made a big mistake or maybe something is fishy.

Please offer an explanation, advice and/or information as to what I should do.

I buy and sell on this site and do not want to see it get a bad reputation.
