How to contact Ebay
I made a purchase on July 19, 2023. The Est. delivery Sat, Jul 22 - Mon, Jul 24. The seller hasn't shipped the item yet. I have emailed the seller twice and have not received a reply. I tried to cancel the order and received the message "t's too late to cancel this order. Please contact the seller to see if you can work something out."
If the seller isn't answering my email, how are we "supposed to work something out?"
Doesn't Ebay have some sort of customer service department that I can actually talk to, or at the very least, chat with?
I have never had an issue like this on Ebay and am very angry and frustrated.

Mentor3 years agoIf an item is not received, one day past the last estimated delivery date the buyer can file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery; otherwise, if the seller does not refund the buyer, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.

Mentor3 years agoYou don't know that the seller hasn't shipped, you only know that the seller hasn't uploaded any tracking.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
