I have initiated a return, which has been approved. eBay sent me an email indicating that a return label was attached, but it was not attached. The order does not show up in my account.

How do I reach eBay to receive the return label?

Be sure to check your entire Purchase History -- once a return has been initiated, the transaction may not appear along with other purchases, but may appear in a separate category such as "Returns & Canceled". Check the "Hidden" category as well. The default view is the last sixty days, so if the transaction occurred before that, change the date range to see it.

If you purchased using a different eBay account, sign in to that eBay account and go to your Purchase History to find the transaction and a link to the return label so you can return the item.

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account and use the link provided in the email that eBay sent regarding the order, or see here:
