How to Contact Ebay?
Summary: jona-824167 shared an issue with purchasing an overpriced set of ND filters on eBay, thinking initially it included a camera, as shown in the pictures. They are unable to sell it again and the seller isn't responding. disneyshopper advised that if the seller doesn’t reply within three days after a returns request is filed, the buyer can ask eBay to step in for a refund. jona-824167 thanked them for the advice.
I closed my return while trying to stop a shipment of a set of nd filters, because I thought it came with the camera that the filters (Dji pocket 3 and nd filters) too. The pictures showed the camera with the lenses so I thought it was just a great deal, but it is realy expensive and it was overpriced so, I just can't sell it again. And since ebay only lets you have 1 return request, and the seller is not responding (think he's ignoring me), I am sitting here with a $100 overpriced filter set.

Mentor2 weeks ago@jona-824167 You only have one chance at a refund request on eBay. An eBay agent can not open a new case for you.
If the item was not as described in the listing you can try a chargeback with your payment method.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you filed a returns request, the seller has 3 days to reply. If no reply, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
