I have a purchase for refund . The seller does not want the item back but all I see is print label. Need to contact customer service for my refund without return. Customer service bot is a joke.

If the seller does not want the item back they would have to refund you in full.

If you see the label and they have not refunded you must print the label and return the item.

You won't be guaranteed a refund unless you can show you delivered the item to the seller.

I suggest returning the item, that will assure that you have done what you need to do to get a refund.

The seller may not understand the process or they are trying to get trick you into not returning the item. Since only the seller knows, return the item.
