How to contact customer services
Hi,
I've bought a garment which i believe is a counterfeit. The seller has refused to cancel the order, so i need speak to someone in ebay customer service to help me get a refund

Mentor3 years agoYou can only request a cancellation of an order. You can't demand one. The seller does not have to comply. Wait until your order arrives and actually inspect the item. Then make your decision about keeping or returning it.
