How to contact customer service my order is incomplete and seller will not ship the remainder
I ordered an electric AC system minus the condenser and evaporator. I got the compressor and wiring harness for the compressor and the unit that will operate the compressor. None of the other 7 wiring harnesses were shipped. Now it looks like I will never get the remainder of the parts.
EBay is not responding so how can I contact eBay?

OP1 year agoThank you for the comment about reimbursement. I will never purchase anything from an overseas seller or supplier. My wife is originally from China and she told me not to trust any seller or supplier ever again that is still residing in mainland China. Hong Kong is now completely under communist rule. She has cut all ties to China. She becomes an American Citizen next Thursday at the swearing in ceremony. Thank you again for your advice and comments.

OP1 year agoHere is some additional information. The items that I bought were for an electric Air conditioning compressor and the wiring harnesses for the compressor and the other parts of the system including 7 additional wiring harnesses. Total cost including shipping $531.00. $196 was for the shipping of everything. Seller is willing to give me a refund of $10 for the $335 worth of parts that support the air conditioning system that will complete the order. The seller is not the supplier.
Ebay could ban the seller if he doesn't ship or make a significant refund. I should not be expected to pay for shipping for the return too.

You do not have to pay the return shipping, the seller must give you a full refund including shipping.
Follow the instructions that I described before -
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
If he is in a different country and can not provide a label, eBay will instruct him to send you the money to pay the return shipping. Do not accept the promise of reimbursement.
