How to contact anyone at ebay
I printed a label before a buyer canceled the sale. Now, ebay says I told them i had shipped it but I had not shipped it. Because they think I shipped it, they won't cancel the sale. The AI won't help because it says a cancellation is in progress and when i ask AI to talk to a person, it says that feature is closed. Now ebay says I am late mailing it! Anyone know how to contact a person? I think they won't cancel it because they want the seller fee.??

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
You can now go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the transaction, click the down-arrow, click Cancel order, select Buyer request, submit. The buyer will be refunded from your funds, but you will be reimbursed when the payment clears.
