How to contact anyone at ebay
I am having an issue with an order and I cannot find a way to contact anyone at eBay or the seller. I have the seller’s name but cannot find how to contact him. I have read the articles on how to do this but apparently I am missing something. I keep getting run around in circles and cannot leave email or text or anything.

What kind of issue are you having with the order? We can advise you.
To contact the seller, go to your Purchase History, find the order and click on "Contact seller" under "More actions".

OP2 years agoThe problem is I purchased the item as a “guest†instead of on my eBay account. When I follow the links to contact the seller I get a page that tells me to register for an account. When I try to contact seller on the eBay app, it tells me no recent orders found because I didn’t order on the app. I received notification my item was delivered. It was not. I went to post office and they told me the shipping number was for another address-not mine.
