How to contact an eBay Seller

Hello, everyone. My wife purchased some items on Facbook through an eBay seller, EBay Enterprises, Inc. They did not send us a confirmation email, and when I contacted the company through PayPal (my payment method), it brought me to the eBay general site. I need to exchange these items for a different size, but we have no order number, no confirmation email, and no return address for the company. PayPal said it couldn't help us, since the items were purchased more than 30 days ago. An eBay representative said that, since we have no order number or product number, thay can't do any research on the products. I "Googled" the company but foiund no matches. Can anyone please give me some advice on how I could contact that company?

It really sounds like a scam.
Check your Paypal history and look for any details on that page to find information about the seller. My guess is the seller used the name eBay enterprise as a ruse to get you to buy.
If you used a credit card to fund the payment, you may have recourse from your bank card.
