How to contact a live person?
I need help in returning an item under warranty and the company is no longer on Ebay and has not responded to my request.

If your item was delivered in past 30 days, you an open a return request on eBay.
The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
You can open your return request here. Just click the photo and follow the instructions.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

If you are unable to open the Return Request, you can turn to the company (on whatever site you can find them) or try filing a chargeback on your credit card.
