How to contact a customer service agent?

Question

I have an E bay order number that does not show up on my account. Payment has been made,(showing up on my bank statement) but I cannot get past the "AI??" help assistant. This is because the system does not recognise, nor has a record of my order.

Can anyone help with this issue please?
