How to contact a buyer that has given negative feedback

I bought an item from a seller that had 100% good feedback when I bought the item. The buyer was listed in St. Louis. When I checked the shipment it originated in Ontario, Ca. I then checked the sellers feedback again and it was now at 75% and the new negative feedback that was listed was for the same item I bought. It said the item was counterfeit. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
