How to communicate with eBay when you need help???????
I can't combine shipping. I follow all the steps suggested by eBay. Nothing works. And you can totally forget about getting help from eBay. And, I just noticed I have the option to receive an email when someone replies to this question. Good luck on that also. I get no email response when I ask for copy of messages to buyer. And YES, all my information is correct on my account settings.
