How to combine shipping for buyer who won items with "best offer"
Hi,
I have a buyer who purchased 3 items from me in the same day through the "best offer" option, all 3 of which I accepted their offers on.
The items all show there was an immediate payment by the buyer so I cannot send them an invoice. I would like to combine shipping for the buyer since I will be sending them all in the same box, and currently they paid for shipping on each of the 3 items. How can I refund/recharge them for combined shipping and print a new shipping label?

Here is how I Combine shipping on multiple PAID purchases from one Buyer.
-Go to your "Awaiting shipment - print shipping label" page in Seller Hub https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT
-Select ONE of the items and on the left click on the Print shipping label link
-This will open the label flow for that item, look in the upper right hand area and click on "Print labels in bulk"
-The next page is where ALL your items waiting for labels will be. If there are ones NOT part of the multiple purchase use the check boxes on the left and the Remove button at the top to drop them from the list. This will leave JUST the items you want to combine
-Next use the Select all or check all the boxes and at the top of the list click the Combine button
-The next page will let you update the weight, dimensions and shipping method for the box that holds all the items for shipment, you then Review and print the label via the blue button in the upper right hand corner of the page. (NOTE: if you sold three items with USPS First Class shipping the new weight may put you in to a Priority Mail package and you can change that here)
-The bulk label flow ONLY prints the label and if you want a receipt it is a secondary Print function
-If you plan to Refund shipping to the Buyer you can do that once you know the actual shipping cost you pay ... you can go back to the See all orders page, find the items and refund a portion on each individual transaction using the Pull-down menu on the left and go down near the bottom of the list of choices and selecting "Send refund"

Since the buyer has already paid:
Go to the sold item and select Send Refund from the drop-down menu next to the item.
Next screen select the reason for the refund> enter the amount> submit I like to take some off of each item and not the order total just in case on item is returned.
When you print the labels if the buyer paid without an invoice then be sure to select all items then select print shipping labels from the top the list. This will then apply the tracking to all items in your order, this is very important.
I suggest you allow combined shipping in your account settings so that in the future buyers can request an invoice from their cart:

I set my combined shipping date to 7 days as I occasionally run auctions.
