how to combine shipping for an international buyer?
how can I combine shipping for an international buyer? I don't want them to overpay and then I have to refund.

You can't combine shipping on EIS orders without doing a work around.
This can only be done if the items are similar already in the same category.
This is what I do>>>
Ask the buyer NOT to pay until all auctions are ended. Make sure you don't have auto unpaid cancelation set up for too short of a time OR add the buyer to your exemption list.
Auto Unpaid> https://www.ebay.com/Cancel/Preference/UnpaidPurchase
Exemption list> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/ExemptBuyers
Then let your buyer know how you will combine the orders....
Cancel all of the sales as problem with buyers address.
Relist combining ALL of the items into ONE Buy It Now listing.
This can only be done if the items are similar and from the same category due to customs regulations.
To save time so you don't have to take new pictures these are the steps to save a copy of the photo from the listing. First go to the listing and click on it to open the main photo. Next use the snipping tool or screen shot to save a copy of the photo. ( right click to save a copy of the image no longer works on eBay's site)
Then you can just add the saved photos to the new listing.

OP1 year agoThat’s exactly what I did! Thanks for confirming it was the best way to do it. Now I wait for the buyer to re-purchase. I put the buyer’s name in the listing title so they know it’s theirs. Hopefully it goes as planned!

Mentor1 year ago@homerthegreat1. If you need to do a special listing again I don't recommend putting the buyers name or user ID in the title for privacy reasons. Just give the buyer a link to the new listing.
