How to combine shipping after the buyer has paid

If you are used to purchasing one label at a time, click Get shipping label next to one of the items, adjust the weight and package size, and complete the purchase. Then enter the tracking # on each transaction.

Alternatively, you can use bulk shipping by checking the box next to each order you want to combine, then select the Get shipping label from the Shipping button up above the list. On the bulk shipping page, select all the orders to combine and then click the option to combine them. Again, check/edit the combined weight and package size and complete the label purchase.

You can use the Send refund link in the dropdown next to the order to refund any over-payment.
