How to collect additional shipping funds

Question

When I listed my item, I must have put some dimensions in wrong because the shipping calculated out to significantly less than the actual amount.

I didn't want to delay shipping, so I sent it anyway, hoping that the buyer would be willing to cover the difference - and they are!

But now, how do they send me that additional amount easily? The auction is over - the item shown as sold, etc.

You have a very understanding buyer.

Set up a listing for them to purchase, somewhat like this one -

You could also ask the buyer for their email address and send a PayPal invoice if you have a PayPal account, but the listing is quicker.
