How to close a dispute order!?!? I have an iPhone
Can someone please help me cancel a dispute order that I never filed one before. I’m having problems on how to cancel it and I don’t know how to!!!!! Please help me!!!! There’s someone that is waiting 5 weeks for their money

·1 year agoI'm curious about what type of dispute you mean, and whether you are the buyer or the seller in this case? Can you give us a little more detail so we can point you in the right direction?

OP1 year agoI’m a buyer and eBay said I filed a dispute order on an item saying it didn’t arrive/ listing didn’t match and I never filed a dispute order because my package came before the fake “dispute order†arrived. This is a misunderstanding!!!

·1 year agoI'm not sure if this is available on the eBay app, so you may need to use the ebay.com website on your iPhone or it may be easier if you have a computer you can use.
Go to your eBay Purchase History and find the order, and click on the order, and then on the case details option. Once you click into the case, there should be an option to close it. If not, depending on the type of case, it may close automatically after a period of time, but you could also reach out to customer service if needed.
