How to close a case for a refund for an item not received

I did not receive an item. After contacting the seller an no resolution, I opened a case. Since then, seller has refunded me.

how do I close this open case? I have tried so many things

@bob4980 IF the seller refunded you in full from the case then that should close it.

How to close your request

Go to your Purchases and find the item.
Select See request details and then Close your request.
Select your reason for closing the request from the dropdown, and add details if you want to.
Select Close request.

If you can't "close" the request then it will just time out.
