How to check if shipping label is issued for a return when refund is already issued by eBay?

Recently I bought an item which was sent to me wrong, I requested for the return of the item and refund. I was sent a message seller will send the return/shipping label back to the seller. I received the refund but no shipping label is sent. I was trying to find how to get the shipping label to return the item but no success. I am taking the community here how to address this issue where refund is sent and no shipping label for return? Appreciate for your help in the matter.

The refund closed your return request - this is why no label is available.

Message the seller and ask if he wants the item returned. If yes, he needs to create a return label outside of eBay and send it to you in a message.
