How to chat with someone (not AI) about missing purchase information

Question

I am not able to find the purchase information on eBay. I have the email alerting me to the shipping of the item but can not access any information on eBay. All of the options to "drill down into the problem" end up a dead end but I can not find the option to chat with someone about my unique problem that is not listed in the options available from eBaty.

Any help is appreciated.

@trappedinice It sounds like you made the purchase not logged into your account since it is not in your purchase history.

If you made the purchase as a Guest not logged in to your regular account it will not be in your purchase history.

LOG OUT of your regular eBay account and follow the steps on this page to track your order and file a refund request if needed>
