eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Request a call back or live chat
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.

OP2 years agoThank you, im on a return request and seller offered to me an initial $65 refund that i declined, now he wants to sent me $100 which i would accept, but system doesnt allow him.

Mentor2 years ago@universetoys0. The system only allows the seller to send one offer for a partial refund. It's not possible to over ride this even for an eBay customer service agent.
Your only option now is to return the item for a full refund.
