How to change to free shipping on an offer I’ve received
I have received an offer on a currently listed item. The buyer wants seller pays shipping not buyer pays. I will do that but I’m not allowed to change shipping in the listing.

Mentor11 months agoTrue: eBay does not allow sellers, as you say, "to change shipping in the listing."
What you can do is issue a refund to your buyer in the amount of the shipping price he/she paid.
(I might even round it up to the closest 25-cent multiple.)

Mentor11 months agoShipping terms are non-negotiable and never a part of the best offer process. Shipping charges are as specified on the listing page.
