How to change the shipping price after an item is sold
I’m sorry, but I can’t figure out how to change the price for the buyer to pay for their item. Shipping was added based on zip, so was not added to the sale price of the item.
I have not used ebay in 20 years to sell, and things have changed just a little from when people sent you checks. 🙂

Mentor2 years agoYou cannot. The amount of shipping you put in the listing is the amount the buyer pays. You need to make up the difference. IF the shipping was based on zip code, you are fine. When you set up the listing, key in an accurate weight and size of the package. If it is calculated, the distance is figured by eBay with your calculations on size/weight/dimension.
