how to change the item location ?
I am a chinese seller, I want to sold some times on ebay. And my inventory was location in USA. That is means that I can send my item from USA directly. When I created my items on ebay, I select the location is USA, however, system shows that I can not list a item out of the china, So, how can I change the item location from china to USA ?
