how to change the expected shipping date after item has sold
Due to the severe winter storm I will not be able to get out and no one can get here. I have messaged the buyers but don't know how to change the expected shipping date on the sale. Thanks

Mentor8 months agoIt won't change anything that has already sold. eBay can adjust that date with info from the USPS.

A Seller cannot change the estimated delivery date on an order. What you can do is set your Account on Time Away.
Time Away is perfect for this situation. You can allow sales while on Time Away but eBay will display a banner on your account letting Buyers know shipping will be delayed. I'm including a link with more information:
