If you mean when you are using the "Schedule a start time" function you can't, you have to work the math from Pacific time to your time zone. Here on the East coast I have to add 3 hours to the Pacific time displayed in order for the listings to go live when I want them to.
If you mean on the Active list "Start time" column same answer, you can't change it BUT the active listing will show the ending time in the Seller's time zone (pic below)
If you mean some other time please advise???
