How to change standard seller account to store subscription
I would like to change my standard selling account to a store subscription. How can I change the subscription & still keep my same selling account name + transferring all my listings to the new store subscription. When I enter my current account name I get a notification that the store name already exists.

Your listings and feedback are tied to your user name - you don't have to do anything to transfer them to a store.
How exactly are you writing your store name on the subscription page? I don't think your store can have the . that is in your user name, so the name without the . may be another member's store name.

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately it would appear that another user selected your user id as a store name. Store names have nothing to do with user id's so the name was open for use by any user as a store name.
