how to change shipping weight and package dimensions when creating a listing
I'm listing after being away from selling for a while. I guess I'm using the quick list tool but I'm not sure.
In the shipping section I want to define the package shipping weight and dimensions but the system keeps changing what I'm entering to what eBay thinks based on similar items. I see an autofill option which I have turned off. Why can't I do this?
Also, I keep trying to contact eBay but even though it says I'll be receiving a call it never comes. What's up with that?
