how to change shipping label size
I purchased a thermal printer to print my shipping labels which are 4 x 6 inches. When printing labels using a desk jet printer, the only setting is "letter" size paper or 8 1/2 x 11 inches. So my labels on the thermal printer are microscopic. Instructions say to change settings on ebay but I can't see how to do this.
any advice?

Mentor2 years agoOn the create label page look to the lower right where the label format is shown and click on CHANGE.
