how to change shipping
I am seller, I did not see what Ebay plugged in for shipping. My buyer already paid for priority shipping but wants standard shipping because of cost. How do I change from priority to USPS ground on a sold and already paid for item? I can refund him the cost difference but how do i change the shipping label to USPS ground?

OP2 years agoThanks. I had two items to ship, the first I caught while listed and changed the shipping. When I printed the label I saw exactly what you mentioned.
The second Had a bid on it so I could not change the shipping while active. The Buyer paid for priority shipping about $28 when he only wanted ground about $8. When I go to print the label it will not let me change the method??? Is it because he paid for the priority? Is there a way to bypass this?
I Guess i could go to the post office and ship it from there....

Mentor2 years agoNo. Even though the buyer paid for Priority, you can still select Ground Advantage. If you pay at the post office, you will be paying the retail price for Ground Advantage instead of the commercial price. I think you will still be saving the buyer some shipping money. Make sure you upload the tracking number into the transaction, using the receipt you get from the post office.

Mentor2 years agoWhen you go to create the shipping label, you can change the method of shipping, as well as the weight and dimensions of the package. After printing the label, you can go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, select Send Refund, select a reason, type in an amount, submit.
