How to change ship from location

How do I change my shipped from location. I'm in the s USA and my shipping address is listed and returns address is listed. When I create listing for my item it shows package location in China

I see locations from Colorado to New Jersey on your listings ... you need to buy items to resell and keep them on your own shelves.
