How to change my profile name?
My account shows the wrong User Profile / User Info name ("Lucas Stoco"), and I don't know how to change it.
In settings, these are the options I have:
Personal Info
I checked Business info, but there is no option to change the name "Lucas Stoco," which is incorrect.

I don't see Lucas Stoco from the outside view.
If that is the owner's name it can be changed here

Lucas Stoco was the person who originally created our company account. It was registered under his email, but he is no longer working with us.
We have already changed the account email to a new one, but his name still appears on our screen.
The options available in the link you sent are the same ones shown in the screenshot below:

Is there another way to update or remove the account holder name?

I don't know if you can remove his name.
Accounts can't be sold or transferred so it might be tricky
Scroll down below the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) registration numbers
On my screen that is where the owner's name is.
