OP3 years agoNO, this is not the same thing. When I log in to ebay, it says "Hi Dick". He no longer works here. This is a business account. I have changed everything in the account settings. The username is fine. I need to change the personal first name that displays in all communication in ebay.
It's not tied to our email or address or business account or the bank account that is attached. I have no idea how to change it.

https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
If you are a seller registered for managed payments, you may not be able to change your name if that is the name that appears on your bank account.
