how to change local sale to non-local sale after getting paid?

Hi, I sold and shipped a item, but the sale was listed as local. The buyer requested and invoice for the shipping, but It doesn't allow to create a new invoice for the local sale. any help?

@chorontochor You will need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the sold item. This will refund the buyer.

Then you relist with shipping.

If you don't do these steps you can't add tracking to prove delivery AND you won't have the buyers address sent to you via eBay checkout.
