How to change feedback
I would like to change my feedback for a cellphone bought on Ebay. There are several problems with the Android installation made by the manufacturer which in my opinion make the product defective.
How do I achieve this?

Mentor2 weeks agoYou can not change positive feedback to neg, but you can leave follow up feedback comments. You also can open a Return Request for an Item Not as Described, defective.

Positive feedback cannot be revised, but you can add a follow-up comment using the option on the right of the feedback you left.
Feedback should be the last step in the transaction. Why not open an Item Not as Described return to get your money back?
Here's what to do...
If you’ve received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

OP2 weeks agoI have opened a return. The modified feedback is to warn other potential buyers of the problems I see with the installation of the software which runs the phone. The modified feeback is no use unless other buyers see it.
