How to change feedback
I made a mistake and click negative experience and realized I made the mistake after I left good comments on the seller. Evidently I didn’t make sure the positive experience was clicked when I left the page. The seller contacted me asking why to my surprise. I want to give them a positive rating but don’t know how to change it, can anyone help?

Mentor1 year ago@mbravet58. The seller has to send a feedback revision request you will get an email and have 10 days to revise the listing. Sellers only have 5 revisions per year so they might be out of feedback revision requests.
The seller can also request a feedback removal by submitting a request through seller help since the positive feedback doesn't match the negative rating.
